Medieakademin needed a powerful tool to track and analyze digital influence across multiple social media platforms. The challenge was gathering vast amounts of data from platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, and then presenting it in a way that could easily visualize and compare influence trends.
Solution
Datastory collaborated with Medieakademin to develop Maktbarometern 2024, a comprehensive platform that maps and analyzes social media influence in Sweden. The tool collects data from five major social media platforms, providing a complete view of digital trends across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Through an intuitive admin panel, Medieakademin can tag and manage vast datasets while utilizing sorting, filtering, and searching capabilities. Additionally, the platform calculates composite indices, offering deeper insights into the dynamics of influence.
